You mean the sequence diagrams? They’re Plantuml sequence diagrams.
Yes. So I would use drawio for the architecture drawings and plantUML for the sequence diagram?
Whatever works for you and what you’re doing.
A quick google search shows that that UML format that plantUML is a standard which other things also implement (I quickly found https://staruml.io/ ).
I must say I do like draw io, but really it’s about the docs you’re writing and what you’re looking to maintain.
